These holiday homes are for recreational/leisure use only.
They may only be used for our holiday season which is for 10 months, from the 1st of March to the 3rd January.
THEY CANNOT BE USED FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES AND NOT USED AS A PERMANENT ADDRESS.
Proof of council tax and utilities for buyers current residential address will be required (out of the local LA1 LA3 LA4 area) .
These requirements are in accordance with our Park License which is issued by the local authority.
